App Does Not Work. Song will not play. No errors or warnings, it just will not do anything. Developer responded that the song is longer than 5 minutes, but it is only 2 minutes and the sample song doesn't even work. No support or FAQ's, or any documentation really. Do not spend the $$. Xtools is a free Xlights app, available on the play store.

Sorry for the bad experience, it looks like the problem is that the song you imported is longer than 5 minutes. The music length must be within 5 minutes, which is a requirement for Tesla vehicles. It may be that the error message of our APP is not obvious enough, we will improve it in the next version. You can try to import shorter music

I have a 2022 Performance Model 3. I run a short clip of music using the "Auto" function for the lights. When I export the files, properly name them and place them on a properly formatted usb, the music plays, but there is absolutely no light show. Also, while the music plays, the windows roll down but do not return to their closed position at the conclusion of the music. I have done this with several mp3s nome of them work properly.

Thanks for your feedback. After you turn on the "auto" function, did you click the play button? You need to wait for the recording to finish before exporting to get data. When you export, the app will prompt you for the memory usage. If the usage is too low or 0, it means there is no data in the light sequence.

Amazing experience The ability to make a lightshow with a few buttons and sliders is a game changer. I would highly recommend this to any Tesla owner. Being on mobile means it's easy to get an adapter for your phone -> car USB storage and just copy over lightshows on the fly. Great UI, great user support, great fun making shows when I'm bored and want to surprise friends with a favorite song of theirs.
